1. Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Please allow  7 -14 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

4. Non-returnable Items:

• Some items are non-returnable, including  sale items, gift cards, etc.

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it and place a new order for the desired product.
